Day 1: New York

Summary of The Day: When you arrive in New York City, our tour guide will be waiting for you.

All New York City airport pick-up will only be available at JFK, LGA, and EWR. We strongly recommend the use of EWR (Newark Liberty International Airport) for customer convenience.
For domestic flights, customers can meet our staff at the baggage claim area.
For international flights, customers can meet our staff at the U.S. Customs and Immigration Exit/Meeting Point after luggage is picked up.

**Airport pick up schedule: Eastern Standard Time 9 a.m. – 11 p.m.(Last free transportation will depart at 11 p.m., so please meet our staff before 11 p.m.)
**Customers will be charged an additional fee for late transportation if the customer arrives after the last transfer time which is 11 p.m.
**Travelers who arrive before 1 p.m. ONLY at “JFK” and “LGA” will receive the Manhattan Half Day Leisure excursion (EXCLUSIVE) for FREE in SOHO, Little Italy and Chinatown.
**Customers who arrive between 9 a.m. – 2 p.m. at “LGA” and “JFK” must meet at the airport baggage claim areas in order transfer to Chinatown for lunch and shopping. Transportation to the hotel from Chinatown will depart at 1 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

**Passengers who choose airport pick-ups:
-If you arrive at the airport on the departure day, we offer free airport pick-up between 9 a.m. -11 p.m.(Limited one pick-up per order)
-If you arrive at the airport prior to the departure day, we offer free airport pick-up between 9 a.m. -11 p.m. for each order to any hotel in Manhattan and Flushing area.
-If you need more than one pick-up service between 9 a.m. – 11 p.m., please contact us for a quotation.
***You can choose either airport pickup on the departure day or prior to the departure day, but not both.

**Passengers who do not choose airport pick-up service or arrive beyond JFK, LGA and EWR:
-You will need to self-transfer to hotel.
-If you arrive at NYC between 8 a.m. and 4:15 p.m., our local agency can accommodate your luggage. You will need to self-transfer to Chinatown (48 Bowery, New York, NY 10013) to deposit your luggage (Please carry valuables) and arrange your day from there. Please return to Chinatown by 4:15 p.m. in time for your hotel transfer.

Notes for airport pick-up:
-You may wait for 10-15 minutes for a better pick-up arrangement.
-We highly recommend you call us or your local tour provider for a pick-up alternative if your flight is delayed. Meanwhile, we reserve the right to request you self-transfer to your hotel due to busy pick-ups.

Day 2: New York – Philadelphia

Summary of The Day: Today you will explore one of the most famous cities in the world: New York. Get to know the “city that never sleeps,” and see what this exciting city has to offer. After, you will leave this bright city and visit one of the most historical cities in the U.S: Philadelphia.

Hotel: Hyatt Regency Penn’s Landing or similar.

Day 3: Philadelphia – Washington, D.C.

Summary of The Day: Today, your journey will continue to Philadelphia to visit some of the most historical site in U.S history, such as the Independence Hall and the Liberty Bell. After, you will make your way to the United States’ capital city of Washington D.C., to visit other famous sites and attractions.

Hotel: Marriott Gaithersburg or similar.

Day 4: Washington, D.C. – Corning, New York – Niagara Falls

Summary of The Day: In the morning the bus tour will depart from Washington D.C. and travel to Corning, New York to visit the Corning Museum of Glass. After, the bus tour will take you to Niagara Falls, where you can witness the beauty nature has to offer.

Hotel: Universal Inn Niagara Falls or similar

Day 5: Niagara Falls – Toronto

Summary of The Day: Today, you will have more opportunities to explore the beautiful Niagara Falls and embark on some of its exciting attractions, such as the Maid of the Mist boat ride. After, you will journey to Toronto and enjoy some of the beautiful sites this grand city has to offer.

Hotel: Delta Toronto East or similar.

Day 6: Toronto – Ottawa – Montreal

Summary of The Day: In the morning, the tour will depart from Toronto and travel to Thousand Islands, followed by a trip to Ottawa, the capital of Canada. the capital of Canada. There you will have a chance to visit some of the most memorable sites of Canada.

Day 7: Montreal – Quebec – Boston

Summary of The Day: Today you will leave Montreal and make your way to Quebec City, where you can enjoy the beautiful downtown area. After, you will return to the U.S. and visit the historic city of Boston.

Day 8: Boston – New York

Summary of The Day: You will have time to explore the wonderful city of Boston. There you will enjoy trips to some of the most prestigious universities in the U.S. You will later visit the Quincy Market, a notable Boston site that showcases the bet in Boston food and culture. After, you will be transferred to your designated airport, concluding this wonderful journey.

We recommend guests depart from the Boston airport “BOS,” which is conveniently closer to the tour’s final location. Otherwise, the tour bus will travel to the New York Airports (JFK, LGA or EWR airport).

This tour concludes in Boston where guests can schedule their flights to depart from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) after 1 p.m., or they can chose to schedule a flight to depart from the NYC area airport (EWR, JFK, or LGA) after 7 p.m.

Guests are welcome to end their tour in Chinatown, New York, instead. They must leave a comment detailing this request when booking their tour.

• Tour guides and drivers rely upon the service fees charged on the tour to supplement their income. The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. • Special request: please offer us the third and fourth person’s birth date if you book a triple and/or quad room.
• Please note:
  1. We do NOT allow customers to use the CITY PASS to join the sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
  2. If you do purchase and bring a CITY PASS, the local agency will not supply the transportation service for that day. If you decide to not partake in the New York City Tour, the local agency will collect $35.00/per person as a penalty fee. For details, please consult your tour guide on the tour.
• Please meet your tour guide at Baggage Claim Area after your arrival at New York airport on the first day.
• Should weather or other unforeseen circumstances cause a flight delay for more than 45 minutes, you will have to arrange transportation on your own. However, you are welcome to contact your local tour provider to see if there are alternatives to accommodate your needs.
• Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.
• We strongly recommend you contact your airline and local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival information and pick-up arrangement before your departure.
• For Boston departure, please arrange your flight after 1:00 p.m., for NYC departure, please arrange your flight after 6:45 p.m. on the last day to complete your tour activities.
• Please bring relevant travel document (passport, alien card, visa). You are responsible for obtaining any travel documents for visiting Canada and returning to the United States including your valid photo ID, passport and visa. Please check with according authorities for detailed requirements.
• A visa is not required for U.S. citizens. However, please bring your Photo I.D and proof of citizenship (U.S. birth certificate or naturalization certificate) for re-entry to the United States. A passport is highly recommended. Children, ages 18 and under only require a birth certificate. If you are not an American citizen or permanent resident, please bring your passport, I-94 card or resident alien card. Due to heightened security at the border, additional paperwork is required from visitors from some countries. This only applies to a very few countries. Please be aware of the status of your country or origin or check with the local immigration office to ensure that multiple-entry into the U.S. is allowed. This will avoid unnecessary delays. Should any person be detained upon re-entry to the U.S., we will be unable to wait while the additional paperwork is filed. Additional charges may apply for transportation.
• During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
• During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather.
• In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. ShipraTravel, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.
• For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel’s policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time), if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.
• Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide(English/Chinese). Tours and/ or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
• Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
