Day 1: Los Angeles

Summary of The Day: Your fun tour begins when your airplane lands at Los Angeles airport (LAX). You will be greeted by your friendly tour guide at the airport. He or she will guide you to your hotel and assist you with the check-in if needed. The hotel check-in time is 3:00 p.m.

*LAX Pick-up Time and Schedule*
We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30 a.m.- 10:00 p.m.
* International arrival transfers between 8:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m.
Bus schedule: Every 1 hour we have the transfer bus pick passengers up at airport (8:30 a.m., 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:30 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 5:30 p.m., 6:30 p.m., 7:30 p.m., 8:30 p.m., 9:30 p.m., 10:30 p.m.). If you arrive early, please meet your guides and wait at the meeting point for the next bus. The guide will be wearing a yellow uniform, holding a small yellow flag or an iPad with the local provider’s icon.

**If your flight should be delayed or change for any reason, we will not be held responsible for your airport transfers. If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you may also be subject to a late arrival transfer fee or be required to self-transfer to the hotel. If you are delayed and arrive after our normal hours, please contact the emergency number listed on your e-ticket for assistance.**

* Arrive outside of the complimentary airport transfer time frames.
* Have flight delays requiring last minute additional late night/delayed airport transfers.
* Request more than one airport transfer per order.
We strongly recommend that you book your flight arrivals within the time frames suggested and departure flight times after the times indicated.

Day 2: Los Angeles – Las Vegas

Summary of The Day: The tour group will depart Los Angeles driving through the scenic Mojave Desert to arrive in Las Vegas – The Pearl in the Desert – to have a complimentary buffet lunch. You’ll have the night to yourself. You may join our Las Vegas Night Tour or see one of the many award-winning shows the city has to offer!

Please sign up today to travel to either the Grand Canyon West or South. If you don’t do this, you may not be able to join the Grand Canyon tour.
Circus Circus Hotel can be upgraded to Paris Hotel with additional surcharge until 12/31/2014, please contact us for the quotation. Customers who choose to upgrade their Las Vegas hotel to the Paris Hotel must upgrade all of their nights in Las Vegas, not just one. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Day 3: Las Vegas – Hoover Dam – Grand Canyon South/West – Las Vegas

Summary of The Day: We’ll begin the third day with a drive to the Hoover Dam in the morning and see North America’s largest artificial lake – Lake Mead, and after you will visit one of the most famous Seven Natural Wonders in the World – the Grand Canyon!
*Note:You will have the choice of either visiting the Grand Canyon West Rim or South Rim. Prices are as follows:
• Grand Canyon West Admission with lunch: $80.00/Person
• Grand Canyon National Park (South Rim): $10.00/Person

Day 4: Las Vegas – Los Angeles

Summary of The Day: Today, you will continue exploring the wonders of Las Vegas, and visit some of its most memorable sites, before heading back to Los Angeles for another day of adventures!

Hotel: Hotels Southern California(former Comfort Suites Rosemead)/Holiday Inn La Mirada/Best Western Rowland Heights/Quality Inn Montebello or similar

Day 5: Los Angeles – Santa Barbara – Solvang – Bay Area

Summary of The Day: You will depart from Los Angeles in the morning and head towards Santa Barbara along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway. After there will be a drive to Solvang, where you can enjoy the town’s rich Dutch heritage. We’ll then visit Silicon Valley.

Hotel: Courtyard Newark/Courtyard Fremont/Crowne Plaza, Unioncity/Sheraton San Jose or similar

Day 6: Bay Area – Stanford University – San Francisco – Bay Area

Summary of The Day: During the morning, we will visit Stanford University that is recognized as one of the world’s leading research and teaching institutions. It was built in 1891 by railroad tycoon – Leland Stanford.

Next, we’ll cross the Bay Bridge to enchanting San Francisco to see the legendary Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman’s Wharf, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts and more. You may take a bay cruise at your own cost and sail under the Golden Gate Bridge and Bay Bridge, pass by the Alcatraz Island, Angel Island and Treasure Island.

At around 3 p.m., you will have free time to explore the city on your own or opt for another San Francisco tour at your own cost (optional). The additional tour will cover Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption, Twin Peaks, San Francisco Civic Center, The Castro, Cliff House and San Francisco City Hall.
Due to limitations imposed by Stanford University on the number of tour groups entering their campus, the visit to Stanford University will depend on group/parking slots available. ShipraTravel reserves the right to adjust day-to-day itineraries for all affected tour packages. The Stanford University campus tour will be unavailable on the following dates: April 24-26, June 12-15, September 16-21, October 23-26. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Day 7: Bay Area – 17-Mile Drive – Monterey – Los Angeles

Summary of The Day: We’ll depart from the hotel at 7:00 a.m. traveling to the Monterey Peninsula with gentle sea breezes, surging waves, unique rocks and adorable seals and sea lions resting on the beach. We’ll see some of the area’s first class golf courses that stretch beyond shiny multi-million dollar mansions.

We’ll take the scenic 17-Mile Drive to see some of the most beautiful sights on the Pacific Coast. Afterwards, we’ll stop at the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium before returning to Los Angeles in the evening and you’ll be dropped off at LAX airport.

If you wish to fly out of LAX on that same day, please make sure to arrange your U.S. domestic flight to depart after 9:30 p.m. or your international flight to depart after 10:30 p.m.

  About the complimentary buffet lunch:
  The complimentary buffet lunch is only available in Las Vegas; the restaurant address is 4300 E. Sunset Rd., C-1, Henderson, NV 89014. Guests will be required to pay a $1.00 service fee to their service during their lunch.
• To make your travel more convenient, we suggest you book your tour one month prior to the departure date during the holiday season (New Year/Christmas).
• Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose the hotels which offer similar standards of service as an alternative.
• Las Vegas Tours do not allow travelers under the age of 21, unaccompanied by a co-traveler 21 or older, to join.

• We choose hotels with the best quality as our L.A. overnight hotels for the super value tour. During the busy season (especially in July and August), the listed advanced hotels may be sold out due to the large number of guests and limited rooms. We strongly recommend you book your tour as early as you can. In case there are no more rooms available for these advanced hotels, you can either upgrade your Los Angeles hotel to a better quality hotel, with additional fees, or stay in Quality Inn Montebello/Guesthouse Norwalk without additional fees.
• We strongly recommend that you contact the airline and our local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival timing, and request to arrange for a pick-up before your departure.
• Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour’s first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour’s departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, ShipraTravel/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.
• Guests are welcome to opt of the 17 Miles tour and ending their tour in San Francisco, if they wish to do so.
• San Francisco Public Transportation: If the hotels used on this tour are near the Fremont/Union City region, clients may ask the hotel for a taxi service to the nearest Bart/train station (around $15). Clients may then use the Bart/train system’s transfer services to arrive at downtown San Francisco.
• San Francisco Taxi Service: Transportation from the Fremont/Union City region to downtown San Francisco takes about 40 minutes – 1 hour. Taxi fares may vary.
• During the spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes. During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing to ensure comfort in cold weather.
• In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. ShipraTravel, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take responsibility for any theft or loss at any location.
• For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel’s policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time), if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.
• Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide(English/Chinese). Tours and/ or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
• Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise.
