Day 1: Los Angeles
Summary of The Day: You will be greeted by your friendly tour guide at the Los Angeles International Airport’s (LAX) Luggage Claim area (guests who take domestic flights) or at the ATM machine of the exit lobby (guests who take international flights). He or she will transfer you to the hotel and help you with check-in, if needed.
We offer one complimentary airport transfer from LAX to your hotel for each reservation. We offer complimentary transfers for:
Arrival transfers between 9 a.m. -10 p.m.
**If your flight should be delayed or changed for any reason, you will not be held responsible for your airport transfers. If you should arrive after the complimentary airport transfer times indicated, you are required to self transfer to the hotel. If you should call after our normal office hours, please contact the emergency number listed on your e-ticket for assistance.**
We strongly recommend you book your flight arrival and departure times within the time frames noted.

Summary of The Day: Today you will visit one of the most famous marine theme parks in the world, and meet its intelligent and friendly sea animals.

Day 3: Disneyland/Disney California Adventure
Summary of The Day: Today you will be able to visit either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure- both noted as the happiest places to visit for anyone of any age!

Day 4: Los Angeles – Las Vegas
Summary of The Day: Today, you will depart from Los Angeles in a luxury tour bus to travel to Las Vegas, also known as Sin City. There you can enjoy the dazzling nightlife this unforgettable city has to offer, and even have a chance to embark on our exclusive Las Vegas Night Tour!

Day 5: Las Vegas – Grand Canyon South Rim – Las Vegas
Summary of The Day: You will start off your day with a visit to the famous Hoover Dam, followed by a tour of one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World – the Grand Canyon! After you will return to Las Vegas for another exciting night of adventures.
There will be a mandatory Grand Canyon National Park admission fee of $10.00.

Day 6: Las Vegas – Los Angeles
Summary of The Day: In the morning, you will visit the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Gardens where you will be able to sample some delicious treats and walk the fascinating gardens. Next, you will make your way back to Los Angeles, and on the way there will be a stop at the Tanger Factory Outlets, where you can find all kinds of famous brands at affordable prices. The tour will arrive in Los Angeles by the evening.

Day 7: Los Angeles – Monterey Bay – Silicon Valley
Summary of The Day: Northward along the coastal road in the morning, arrival to the beautiful Monterey Bay. On the bay, enjoy the stunning views along the Pacific coast, feeling the fresh ocean breeze, watching the surging waves, various unique shapes of coral reefs, and lovely seals and sea lions resting among them. See mansions worth millions. Also you can visit at the “Monterey Aquarium”, America’s most high-profile aquarium, there are as many as 6500 kinds of Marine life, take you to enjoy the mystical sea world. Later drive by the famous silicon valley, getting a close look of the world’s leading technology companies’ headquarters: Google , Intel, and so on**(just visit outside not inside)**. Overnight in San Francisco.
Please note that the order of the day-to-day itinerary is adjustable depending on your tour’s start day. Also keep in mind that because Apple’s business days are from Monday to Friday, you will visit the Apple Flagship store and the headquarters of Apple and Intel (just outside, not inside) if you start your tour on a Wednesday.
Passengers whose tours do not start on Wednesdays will still visit Apple and Intel Headquarters from the outside, but will not be able to visit the Apple Flagship Store and will instead visit the Intel Museum.

Day 8: San Francisco – Napa Valley – San Francisco
Summary of The Day: In the morning, visit the famous Lombard Street – the most crooked road which features Victorian homes, stunningly beautiful flowers, and incredible view; visit the historical Palace of Fine Art – a monumental structure exhibiting works of art. Cross the Golden Gate Bridge , head to the famous Napa Valley Wineries where the extremely high quality wines are made. After Lunch, arrive to Fisherman Wharf, where you can take the cruise to enjoy the fantastic ocean view and see the Alcatraz Island-the world’s most legendary prisons. You also have the chance to take in extend tour. Overnight in San Francisco.

Day 9: San Francisco – Yosemite – Los Angeles
Summary of The Day: Depart from San Francisco in the morning. Visit Yosemite National Park. Have a stroll in the woods or sit by a stream. Let sky-high giant woods, mountains and streams, glacier, and waterfalls soothe your mind. Return to Los Angeles in the evening.
**We will go to Kern Country Museum instead of Yosemite National Park, because of weather or traffic control and other factors. (Buy two get one free person must pay the ticket: $10.00/Adults, $7.00/Children 【ages 3-5】, Children under 3yrs for free)**

Day 10: Universal Studios
Summary of The Day: In the morning, take a little tour around Walk of Fame, and visit the Chinese Theater. Then tour Universal Studio, take a train to view the famous scenes and special effects behind the movie screens. Take a look around Wisteria Lane, watch the world of King Kong in 3D and challenge the cursed tomb of Mummy. After an exciting day, you will be transfered to LAX (Los Angeles International Airport), concluding your tour.
* Guests who wish to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, must please book a U.S. domestic flight after 10:30 p.m. and an international flight after 11 p.m.

- Tour guides and drivers rely upon the service fees charged on the tour to supplement their income. The wages of tour guides and drivers are determined factoring in that they will receive service fees to augment their earnings. Please pay at least the recommended service fee because the tour guides and drivers work hard to accommodate many people on the tour.

- Note: Because it is dark earlier in winter and the night temperature is too low in the west American region, an extended day tour of San Francisco will replace the San Francisco Night Tour from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- The International flight pick-up point is at the ATM machine of LAX International exit lobby at the right hand side. Passengers with domestic flights must meet the tour guide near the exit of the Luggage Claim area.
- Due to the popularity of these tours during our busy season, the overnight hotels may be fully booked. We will choose hotels which offer similar standards of services to replace the original assigned hotel. To make your reservation easier, we strongly recommend you upgrade your Los Angeles hotel.
- Customers under the age of 21 are not admitted in the casinos and cannot partake in any gambling activities in Las Vegas. Customers under the age of 18 will not be able to check in alone in Las Vegas. Please ask your tour guide for assistance, if needed.
- Guests who need to book a flight ticket, are recommended to please book their flight ticket after they’ve received their confirmation email for their reservation within one to two business days.
- We strongly recommend you contact the airline and our local tour provider to confirm your flight arrival time, and request to arrange a pick-up before your departure.
- Flight information must be provided in order for the airport transfer services to be arranged. At our discretion, if flight information is not provided or provided last minute, your reservation will be noted as a self-transfer and no airport transfer services will be arranged. If you decide to self-transfer to the tour’s first night’s hotel, please inform us at your earliest convenience. If you opt out of a transfer service, you may reinstate the airport transfer service if notification to reinstate the service is given well in advance of the tour’s departure. Urgent requests to reinstate airport transfer services will not be guaranteed. If a flight is delayed, ShipraTravel/ local provider will attempt to arrange a later airport transfer service, however; this later service is not guaranteed. If an airport transfer service is not available and cannot be provided, all guests are responsible for self-transferring to the tour’s first night’s hotel.
- During spring/summer, we recommend passengers wear lightweight clothing and comfortable shoes.
During fall/winter, we recommend passengers wear layered clothing in the winter to ensure comfort in the cold weather. - In order to protect your own property, please bring any valuable items with you at any time. Please do not leave any valuable items on the bus/hotel/attraction/restaurant etc. ShipraTravel, local operators, drivers and tour guides will not take any responsibility for theft or loss at any location.
- For customers who will self transfer to hotel on day, according to the hotel’s policy, the guests need to arrange their check-in after 3:00pm (local time), if the guests arrive at the hotel before 3:00pm (local time), they will have to wait until 3:00pm(local time) to check-in. Please understand.
- Language: This tour is escorted by a professional bilingual tour guide and/or driver guide(English/Chinese). Tours and/ or languages may be combined to operate this tour depending on the number of passengers who have booked a particular departure.
- Bus Arrangement: Passengers on the same reservation will be arranged on the same bus unless stated otherwise. If you wish to be on the same bus as another party /an existing reservation, please note your request with the reservation number in the comment section on the checkout page or notify us at least 24 hours prior to tour departure.
- ShipraTravel cooperates with top local area tour operators and ensures the best quality of services to all travelers. We provide tour coaches that all are insured with a liability insurance coverage from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 to make sure that your trips are safer and more enjoyable.
Reservation Process and E-Ticket
1.Immediately after submitting your reservation you will receive a Receipt of Reservation via email.
2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a confirmation email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
